However, even with that, at that price, if the class has any depth, they are still offering a good deal. My live seminars are limited to between 40 and 50 depending on the facility. That makes it a more personal event. In addition, I stay until later for the people that want to go further in the subject. Short sales require a lot of knowledge, so if you can glean any valuable info from them, it will be worth your while. One thing that I noticed through my live seminars up and down the west coast, is that there are always students that attend the class despite already been highly proficient in short sales. I my self invest a good bit of time in education. As you know, in real estate, the more you learn the more you earn.
