Please follow the instructions below in order to resolve your viewing or licensing problems.

For users who cannot get the license during the DRM process.

  • User must have Windows OS, and Windows media player 9 or higher.

Troubleshooting:

  • Make sure you are using the link through Internet Explorer 6 or 7
  • Upgrade to latest Windows version of Windows Media Player ( http://microsoft.com/windowsmedia/download ) This can sometimes fix corrupt DRM issues on your system as well.
  • If prompted to enable ActiveX controls, say YES.
  • Disable pop-up blockers
  • Disable firewalls
  • Disable download accelerators
  • Disable Anti-Virus program(s)
  • Add https://drm1.streamhoster.com as a “TRUSTED SITE” in Internet Explorer.
    Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> sites -> https://drm1.streamhoster.com

If none of this works, try updating DRM security components here: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp

If this still does not work, you may have a corrupt DRM store. Please see this Microsoft Tech note to try and wipe and re-build your DRM store:
