That’s exactly what our friend Matt did.  We helped him find a note on a 7 unit, San Diego apartment complex that he was able to pick up for $410K (worth $700K) and then he was able to sell the property a few months later for over $138k in profit.  This was Matt’s first note, apartment, and commercial deal so I guess you could call it a trifecta deal for Matt.  We’ve attached a copy of the closing check he got from title this month as proof!
